The Jane and David Ott Center is an indoor track facility located at 2910 South St, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The building opened in 2024, and the fire alarm system is original.

System Specifications (2024-present)[edit]
FACP[edit]
The building is protected by a Gamewell-FCI E3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system runs Gamewell’s Velociti addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.
Annunciators[edit]
There is an Gamewell-FCI E3 annunciator inside the main area next to the side entrance. Mounted on the wall above the annunciator is a large red sign with an arrow pointing at the annunciator indicating the location to control the system.
Notification Appliances[edit]
The main notification appliances in the building are System Sensor "L-Series" SPSCWL speaker strobes (white, ceiling mount). The track area also contains System Sensor "L-Series" SPWL remote speakers (white, wall-mount). There are no remote strobes in the building. All areas (including bathrooms) contain at least a speaker strobe.
Initiating Devices[edit]
Pull Stations[edit]
All pull stations are Gamewell-FCI MS-7AD addressable dual action pull stations (BG-12LX equivalent).
Automatic Detection Devices[edit]
There are FCI equivalents of the Fire-Lite SD365/Notifier FSP-951 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors mounted in the right entrance lobby, as well as above the door to the right entrance lobby on the main room side. In the concessions room, there is a FCI equivalent of the Fire-Lite H365/Notifier FST-951 addressable heat detector on the ceiling. All other areas of the building are protected by a sprinkler system.
